
My Mindfulness Training is built for real life - not for perfect schedules, empty calendars, or silent retreats. I teach you how to bring simple, doable mindfulness practices into the actual rhythm of your days so you can think more clearly, stress less, and feel more present.
Across a series of live online sessions, I introduce you to short mindfulness exercises you can use at your desk, in the car before walking into a tense meeting, or during those restless evenings when your mind will not switch off. You learn how to notice your thoughts without getting dragged around by them, how to use your breath to calm your body, and how to anchor your attention in the moment you are actually living. I keep the training practical and very human. You will practice guided mindfulness meditations with me, reflect on what happens in your mind and body, and talk through how to adapt each tool to your reality - kids, deadlines, notifications, and all. Many participants pair this training with my Transformational Gratitude™ books or classes to deepen both mindfulness and gratitude at the same time.
