My Gratitude Meditation Workshop is a gentle, structured space for you to finally slow down, breathe, and remember what is still good in your life. I guide you step by step through simple meditation practices that help you shift out of constant worry and into a quieter, more grounded state.
You do not need any meditation experience. I start with short, guided exercises that focus on your breath, your body, and a few specific moments from your day. From there, I show you how to turn those moments into real, felt gratitude - not forced positivity, but honest appreciation that you can actually believe. During this group gratitude meditation session, I mix short teachings with practice, reflection, and optional sharing. You might notice your shoulders drop, your thoughts slow, and your perspective soften as you move through each round of practice. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves and the people they care about.
The workshop is offered online, so you can join from home with a notebook, a quiet corner, and maybe a cup of tea. If you are already reading my Transformational Gratitude™ books or using my Gratitude Journals, this workshop gives you a live, guided way to put those ideas into practice in real time.
You will walk away with:
- A simple gratitude meditation you can repeat in 5 - 10 minutes a day,
- A way to calm your nervous system when anxiety spikes,
- A practical script for ending your day on a more peaceful note.
If you are ready to train your mind to notice what is working, instead of only what is wrong, this gratitude meditation workshop offers you a clear, compassionate place to start.
I keep my inbox open because I truly care about the path you are on.
